Holy Lamb Organics Mattress Warranty
At Holy Lamb Organics, our skilled artisans produce the finest in quality bedding, creating and finishing each item one at a time. We proudly stand behind every mattress we make.
Your mattress is warranted to be free from material and worker defects for 20 years from the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Should your mattress fail during this warranty period, Holy Lamb Organics, at its discretion, will replace or repair the mattress. The original purchaser will incur no charges other than transportation costs. We reserve the right to substitute materials or models of equal value and quality. Repair or replacement of the mattress does not extend the original warranty period.
The first 10 years of this warranty are not prorated. Years 11 through 20 are prorated, with 1/20 of the original purchase price deducted for every year that has passed since the original date of purchase.
To remain eligible for this warranty, the mattress must be used with proper support and with a moisture barrier/pad. If placing your mattress on a slatted foundation, slats must be 1" - 3" apart to validate the warranty. At the time of a warranty claim, the purchaser must present valid proof of purchase, and all product labels must be intact. In addition, the mattress must be free of stains, soiling, and fabric tears. Failure to follow the care instructions provided with your mattress will void all guarantees and warranties.
Holy Lamb Organics is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising through the use of this product. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal body depressions 11/2" deep or less occurring over time (Periodically rotating your mattress for even wear will minimize the occurrence of noticeable body depressions)
- Firmness preference
- Allergies or sensitivities
- Stains, soiling, or burns
The mattress cover is warranted for two (2) years against structural defects in the material or workmanship. Loose threads, pilling, normal body contouring, and stretching of fabrics are considered cosmetic flaws and are not covered.
